Today marked the end of the course ‘Employment and Professional Development in Family Businesses’, organised by UVempleo, Fundación ADEIT and the Chair of Family Business (CEFUV), with the support of the Valencian Association of Entrepreneurs (AVE), the School of Entrepreneurs (EDEM), the Valencian Institute for the Study of Family Business (IVEFA), the Institute of Family Business (IEF), the University of Valencia (UV), and with the collaboration of Broseta and CaixaBank.

In this 7th edition, participants had the opportunity to discover the crucial role that family businesses play as generators of employment and their impact on professional development. The course featured an exceptional group of attendees and top-level teaching staff, who helped students understand the unique value that these companies can offer in their professional careers. In addition, personalised attention was provided so that students could self-assess and enhance their employability skills.
