The Chair of Family Business of the University of Valencia, presents the VI Conference - Family Businesses in the World: "Talent, management teams and middle management in family businesses".
On 01 July 2024 at 10.00 am at EDEM Escuela de Empresarios (Muelle de la Aduana s/n. 46024 València).
In this conference, guest lecturers Laura Costanzo (Southampton University, UK) and Mariano (Pitòsh) Heyden (Monash University, Australia) will present the main lessons from their research related to the attraction of managerial talent, the management of diversity in management teams, the tensions between change and continuity in family business teams, as well as the key aspects of the involvement of managers and middle managers in the strategic processes of companies.
During the round table "Talent, management teams and middle management in family businesses", we will have the participation of José Vicente López Ibáñez (Mercadalia Group), Marcelo Montilla Velasco (Atlàntica Agrícola), Leonor Sáiz Amorós (Família Martínez), together with the guest lecturers, moderated by Jesús García Valcarce (AED& EY).
The conference will be opened by Hortensia Roig (EDEM Escuela de Empresarios).
