Participants in the Family Business Course had the opportunity to visit EMAC Group and learn first-hand about the trajectory of this family-owned company, founded in 1987.

During the visit, Emi and Nuria Boix shared the evolution of the family business, reflecting on key topics such as legacy, family, business and wealth. They also explained how values such as joy, closeness and humility have accompanied the company's growth over the years.

One of the most inspiring messages of the visit was the importance of preserving the family legacy and ensuring the continuity of the project through family unity, professionalisation, adaptability to change and shared leadership.
