This work aims to make visible the aspects of the last century woman: the sorority, the violence, the absence, the complicity, the yearning, the fear living in them, they were the forgotten, the matriarchs, whose existence was merely of service, the unmarried, the stepdaughters, the ones who left, the ones who stayed... those women that live in us today, the ones we have the opportunity to honour, redeem, hug, forgive and remember.
With this performance we invite the public to recognise the cycles that repeat with women in their relationship with their families and their individuals to generate a questioning about if we rather let them continue, with the consequences this has had for many generations. We shan’t forget that who does not heal, repeats the cycle.
