A moment of beauty is the title of the new show of Escena Erasmus UV. In October 2024, an unprecedented dana struck the south of València. Floodwaters swept everything in their path, leaving behind a terrible scenery of loss and desolation. In the midst of chaos and destruction, however, there were moments of beauty: lines of volunteers, solidarity campaigns, professionals from all around the world, light flashes that remembered us how life always finds a way to awake anew.
A moment of beauty will dive in the mud of our existence with its ashy dirty hands because of the fires and, holding the walls of our earthquakes, will resist the buffeting of the hurricane that drags both the catastrophe and the beauty, to save the last mentioned. Beauty, the permanent aspiration of our theatrical and human project.

All cultural activities programmed by the University Culture Service during the 2024/2025 academic year will have a solidarity nature dedicated to the victims of DANA; The proceeds from the tickets will go to the #UVajuda campaign started by the University of Valencia
