Introduciremos nociones de micropaleontología como una rama de la paleontología donde los microfósiles son fundamentales para el estudio del pasado y del presente. 

We will introduce the notions of micropaleontology as a branch of paleontology in which microfossils are fundamental in the study of the past and the present.

Del mismo modo, se abordará conceptos como la Ecología, sostenibilidad y contaminación dado que a través de diferentes muestras de arena de playa serán capaces de entender la relación entre contaminación y disminución de la diversidad.

Furthermore, we will discuss the concepts of ecology, sustainability and contamination. You will be given the opportunity to understand the relationship between contamination and loss of diversity by analysing the different sand samples from our beaches.

El Museo de la Universitat de València de Historia Natural -*MuseuHN- es una nueva instalación de la Universitat de València que se origina con la idea de reunir en un único espacio los elementos más relevantes de sus 32 colecciones científicas con centenares de miles de ejemplares y ofrecer este ingente patrimonio cultural y científico a la sociedad valenciana. Además, el Museo se convierte en un espacio de investigación y formación para la comunidad universitaria y el público en general.

The UV's Natural History Museum -*MuseuHN- is a new facility at the Universitat de València. It was created to bring together the most relevant elements of its 32 scientific collections, with hundreds of thousands of specimens, in a single space. The aim is to offer this enormous cultural and scientific heritage to Valencian society. The museum has also become a space for research and training for both the university community and the general public.
