¿Que podemos esperar del actual boom de leyes culturales?

In the last three terms of office, several regulations of interest to the cultural and creative sector have been approved. This proliferation of legislation brings with it the complex challenge of implementation: What does the Navarra Cultural Rights Law guarantee? How are the rules contained in the Audiovisual Communication Law put into practice? Does the categorisation of cultural goods proposed by the Basque Cultural Heritage Law work? Is the Artist's Statute enough to protect cultural workers? What is the purpose of the new Public System of Culture in the Canary Islands? Through a dialogue between two experts in cultural policies and cultural law, we will seek answers and try to understand the scope of the challenge that these laws pose at a regional and national level.
