The Shadowing Programme of mentoring for the better employability of the student body of the Universitat de València has extended the deadline until April 22nd of 2024 included to take part in its 4th edition.
Shadowing is an initiative from the Office of the Vice-Principal for Lifelong Learning, Educational Transformation and Employment, through the service UVjob, with support from Banco Santander, which has as its objective to have active professionals of renown, altruistically and out of their own volition, direct, guide, and advise students through mentoring in their employability and the development of their carreer.
The programme offers participants personalised counselling in a variety of topics, through the transmission of experiences, knowledge, and life lessons acquired by the mentors.

Intended for students enrolled in last year of their degree or in an official postgraduate of the Universitat de València, a minimum two sessions of mentoring will be carried out between the months of May and September, with the possibility of increasing them depending on the individual necessities of each participant —always in the realm of possibilities of the mentors and in the established period of time. Sessions will be carried out either on-site and/or on-line.
