It was the last of the Unisocietat lectures planned for this academic year. The series have been organised by the Office of the Vice-principal for Territorial Projection and Society.
Mª Dolores Furió is currently a professor of Financial Economy at the University of Valencia. She has a B.A. in Business Administration, a B.A. in Actuarial and Financial Sciences and a PhD in Financial Economics from the University of Valencia. She has published several refereed articles in scientific journals and has contributed to various books and conference proceedings. Moreover, she has participated in research projects funded by the University of Valencia, the Valencian Institute of Economic Research (IVIE), the Ministry of Science and Technology of Spain, the Ministry of Science and Innovation of Spain and FEDER (European Regional Development Fund).
