Engagement, emprenedoria i ocupabilitat de diplomats amb diversitat funcional. En aquesta línia s'estan realitzant entre altres temes investigacions sobre emprenedoria, amb 3 tesis doctorals, dues d'elles becades amb programes de formació predoctoral de Ministeri d'Educació i de Conselleria d'Educació, GVA. També es col·labora amb EVAP (Associació d'Empresàries i Professionals de València) en aquesta temàtica i amb l'equip del Prof. Lorenzo Revuelto, del grup d'investigació en estratègia de recursos humans, gestió del coneixement i comportament innovador i emprenedor- RRHHCIRO (UV). Una part molt important en aquesta línia són les col·laboracions amb el grup Grup d'Estudis Socials Intervenció i Innovació - GESinn de la UV, dirigit pel professor Jose Javier Navarro-Pérez. Es tracta del suport metodològic en el disseny, desenvolupament i avaluació de protocols orientats al diagnòstic i/o la intervenció en entorns essencialment vulnerables. Ja siga en contextos de violència de gènere com a abús infantil.
