Enrique J. Sanchis Peris (Sagunto, 1960), holds a PhD in Physics from the Universitat de València (UVEG), being full professor in the area of Electronic Technology from the same university. His research has focused on the field of Electronic Technology for Radiation Detectors. He has participated at CERN Particle Physics experiments, where he has developed contributions to the design of detector selection and acquisition systems. He is the author of numerous publications in international journals. He has also developed industrial applications, having directed an Institutional Chair in the field of the Inmotic Communications. He holds several patents in industrial exploitation. Likewise, it has promoted and directed projects in the field of health, specifically in hospital medical radiophysics and in applications of dependence and disability. He has held various positions in university management, including the management of the Department of Electronic Engineering, the vice-direction of the Technical School of Engineering. He has also being a member of the University of Valencia board.
