Jose Gimeno Olmos was born in Valencia in 1980. He obtained the Licenciado en Física degree at University of Valencia in 2003. Then, he coursed his residency program at Hospital La Fe, where he joined this research group, and received his accreditation as Medical Physicist in 2007. After that, he worked for five years at Instituto Valenciano de Oncología, in the Medical Physics and Radiation Protection Department. In 2012, he rejoined Hospital La Fe and is now working in the Radiotherapy Department, with his duties and main research interests centered on clinical dosimetry and pre-treatment and in vivo verification of modulated radiotherapy treatments.
