We are interested in evaluating and optimising:
- Reading comprehension of children and adults with hearing loss.
- Reading level of people with intellectual disability, giving special attention to the texts and “easy-to-read” websites.
- Perception of speech and comprehension of oral narrative in children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Figurative processing of language in autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and hearing loss.
To achieve this, we develop experimental paradigms that allow us take measurements both related to performance and to process (eye movements).
