- Participating in the international bodies which control the compliance with these regulations.
- Participating in the negotiation forums of international and European regulations on this subject as legal advisors to the Spanish Delegation.
- Advising the Conselleria of the Environment when drafting regional legislation for implementing international and European regulations.
- Advising the Ministry of the Environment when drafting state legislation for implementing international and European regulations.
- Advising the Ministry of the Environment when negotiating international agreements and European standards on this subject.
