Cinta Gallent and Anabel Martínez, from the TeLL-ME group, took part in Escola Motivem, which promotes teaching innovation and collaborative work within the university.

Members Cinta Gallent and Anabel Martínez, from the TeLL-ME group, took part in a new edition of the MOTIVEM School, held at the headquarters of the ADEIT University-Business Foundation and promoted by the University of Valencia, during sessions on 15 and 16 January and 16 April. They participated in their capacity as coordinators of MOTIVEM Ideas, a key role within the pedagogical framework of the MOTIVEM programme, which aims to promote creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative work among university students. In this context, the coordination role involves both facilitating the work of multidisciplinary teams and supporting the development of innovative proposals. Escola Motivem is a training programme aimed at university teaching staff, with the aim of strengthening teaching skills related to educational leadership and methodological innovation. The programme has combined face-to-face sessions and online training, incorporating active methodologies such as simulations, case studies and collaborative activities. Furthermore, this edition has included activities focused on creative problem-solving —such as an educational escape room—as well as networking spaces and specific modules on intellectual property and data protection, which are key aspects of managing innovative educational projects. The MOTIVEM programme is run in collaboration with the ADEIT University-Business Foundation, under the direction of the Vice-Rectorate for Innovation and Transfer at the University of Valencia, and receives institutional support from the Valencian Regional Government and the ‘la Caixa’ Foundation, through CaixaBank, enabling both teaching staff and students to participate free of charge. The participation of Cinta Gallent and Anabel Martínez in this initiative reinforces the TeLL-ME group’s presence in university-level teacher training and innovation, and highlights its commitment to the development of educational practices focused on interdisciplinarity, sustainability and knowledge transfer.
