The ADEIT headquarters hosted, on June 23, 2026, the presentation of the finalist projects for the 2026 Motivem Awards. Among the selected proposals are three teams from the Faculty of Philology, Translation and Communication of the University of Valencia, coordinated by Cinta Gallent-Torres, TeLL-ME member.
The teams presented their initiatives before a multidisciplinary jury composed of representatives from the University of Valencia, Valencian companies, the Generalitat Valenciana, the UV Science Park Foundation, and ADEIT itself. The jury particularly valued the innovation potential, feasibility, and social impact of the projects.
Since February, the participating students have been working on three projects combining technology, inclusion, and social innovation. The interdisciplinary composition of the teams, including local, international (Erasmus), and senior university students (Nau Gran), has contributed to enriching the proposals through diverse and complementary perspectives.
The event highlighted the talent, commitment, and capacity for work of the participants, as well as the value of intergenerational and cross-disciplinary collaboration in fostering initiatives with social impact.
The winning team will be announced on July 15. In the meantime, the Faculty extends its congratulations to the three finalist teams in the 2026 Motivem Awards.
Finalist ideas and teams:
- Valentag: An app based on NFC technology that allows users to scan tourist points of interest in the city of Valencia, and incorporates a gamified system of collectable trading cards redeemable for vouchers to encourage local trade.
