Requisitos

  • Los candidatos deben ser mayores de 18 años, con un alto nivel de inglés y presentar su solicitud a través de SantanderX.com.

Duración:

  1. Programa de capacitación empresarial en línea (4 semanas)
  2. Simulador empresarial digital (4 semanas)
  3. Día de demostración global remota.

Premio de beca:

  • 36 becas que incluyen: Programa de capacitación empresarial, Simulador digital y Día mundial de demostración
  • 400 becas que incluyen: Programa de capacitación empresarial

Designed for female entrepreneurs in various stages of the entrepreneurial process, the Banco Santander WX Program, in partnership with the UCLA Anderson School of Management, equips founders and owners of growing businesses with the leadership and business training required to successfully scale their ventures

    Using a blended learning format in three modules, the Santander WX Program better prepares female entrepreneurs to achieve long-term success by applying the fundamental concepts of business, strategy, and leadership.
