Mobility cooperation grants by framework agreement for Universitat de València's staff for the year 2022
Processing of the call
Publication in Bulletin Board of University of Valencia.
The call will be open from January 25th until november 30th, 2022.
Applications
Applications to participate in this call, as well as the accompanying documentation, must be made solely using the specific form on the UV's electronic registry.
The following documentation must be attached to the electronic application:
Modality 1 - Travel grants
- Letter of invitation signed and stamped by the receiving center with the proposal of the activity to be carried out during the stay.
Applications submitted by Administrative Staff must attach a detailed report relating these tasks to their job position.
Modality 2 - Stay grants
- Anexo II carta de invitación del solicitante de la UV con indicación de la propuesta de la actividad docente a realizar durante la estancia, las fechas y el visto bueno del Departamento/Instituto.
- Copia del pasaporte de la persona invitada.
- Carta o documento acreditativo de la vinculación contractual del beneficiario invitado con la Universidad de procedencia.
Justification:
Within 15 days of the end of the trip or stay, the following supporting documentation must be attached to the file on the electronic site:
Modality 1 - Travel grants
- Annex III Final trip report. En el caso de que el viaje incluya otros gastos que se gestionen desde el Departamento/Instituto, deberá constar. If the trip includes other expenses managed by the Department/Institute, this must be stated.
- Tickets or boarding passes for the trip made.
- Invoice or receipt of the plane ticket payment.
- Certificate of attendance indicating the dates issued by the person in charge of the host University.
The service commission form will be sent to the beneficiary for signature and that of the Director of the Department, or the person directly responsible, in the case of the PAS, to make the payment of the aid.
Modality 2 - Stay grants
- Annex V - Final stay report. It must be completed and sent by the person responsible for the University of Valencia.
The Hall of Residence will directly send the charge for the guest's stay to the International Relations and Cooperation Service.
