The exhibition, which includes a selection of the rich artistic background of the Diputación de Valencia, will later visit Torrente. It has been curated by professors from the Department of Art History of the University of Valencia.
The exhibition "Memory of Modernity: The Heritage Collection of the Diputación de Valencia", after its successful passage through Requena, Alzira, Gandia and Ontinyent, is inaugurated on Monday, March 11, 2019, 8:00 pm, at the "Sala Glorieta" of Sagunt. The exhibition in hall has been designed by Pepe Beltrán (matra museografía) and the organization has counted on the help of the staff of the heritage section of the Diputación de Valencia. The book-catalog, designed by Ibán Ramón, has been published in both, Spanish and Valencian, and will be presented shortly. The exhibition, which includes a selection of the rich artistic background of the Diputación, will later visit Torrente. It has been curated by Rafael Gil, Felipe Jerez, Mª José López Terrada, Ester Alba and Mireia Ferrer, Professors from the Department of Art History of the University of Valencia. More members of the Department have also collaborated, such as Professor Daniel Benito; members of the 'Research staff in training': Mariángeles Pérez, Aneta Vasileva, María Roca and Clara Solbes; and Phd. Beatriz Ginés. All are members ‘VALuART research group’ of the University of Valencia (GIUV2015-224).
