*Certificate of registration, certificate of admission to Degree studies, certificate of school insurance, proof of payment of enrolment fees.

These certificates are obtained immediately in an electronic format through the Online Office They are found in the section “Students” - ”Certificates”. For accessing, it is necessary to log in using the Universitat username and password.

* Official academic certificate

The official academic transcript is obtained differently depending on the situation:

- Degree, Master’s degree and Licenciaturas (former Spanish undergraduate degree) 2000 program:

It is requested, paid and obtained through the Online Office  of the UV. It is a digital certificate with electronic signature and verification code. A document with the certificate in Spanish, Valencian and English is obtained.

- Licenciaturas previous plans:

It is requested though the email addressed to fac.biologiques@uv.es

* Other certificates, true and certified copies

1. - Any other type of certificate is requested through the email addressed to fac.biologiques@uv.es and sent through the UV student account.

2.- People interested in obtaining a true certificate of a document issued by the Universitat de València must be addressed to the UV Registry Office

3.- If you need a certified copy (it is unusual but some countries can request it) that validates the authenticity of a document issued by the Universitat de València (for example, a degree) it would be necessary submitting the original document in the Secretary of the Faculty and the application form. In that moment a receipt for the corresponding fee stablished by the Valencian Government will be issued. Once the receipt is paid and the copy is signed and sealed by the centre secretary, the interested person will be contacted for collecting it (providing the ID card) or authorising a mediator who will have to present the authorization signed by the interested party, a copy of the interested party ID card and his/her own ID card.
