The procedure for requesting a duplicate of the title requires prior publication of a notice in the Official State Gazette (BOE), at the expense of the interested person. The processing of the notice and subsequently the duplicate is carried out by the secretary’s office with prior request of the interested party.

Once the loss of the certificate is ensured, send a scanned copy of the general application, duly completed and signed, to fac.biologiques@uv.es

In the statement of reasons, you must clarify whether you need the duplicate due to deterioration or loss. In the section REQUEST you must specify the specific title for which the duplicate is requested.

The request must be accompanied by a photocopy of the ID into force.

You will then receive the fee settlement form for the publication of the notice in the BOE and, once the payment has been made, you must present at the secretary’s office the original of the general application you sent by email and the payment receipt with the reference number (NRC) given by the bank.

To do so, it will be necessary to make an appointment .

At least 30 working days after the publication of the notice in the BOE, the interested party will receive an e-mail with the receipt corresponding to the issuance of the duplicate and, once it has been paid, will have to send the receipt to fac.biologiques@uv.es in order to arrange the issue of the duplicate.
