The Chair Joan Fuster Joan Fuster has announced a study grant for a research paper on any aspect of the work of this author. The final study should be between 200 and 300 pages (about 2,000 characters). The amount of the grant is 4,000 euros. The deadline is on 30 May, 2013. The study grant will be awarded within the following thirty days after the date of submission of applications.
Applications should be addressed to Joan Fuster Càtedra. Institut Interuniversitari de Filologia Valenciana, Avda Blasco Ibáñez, 32, 46010, Valencia. An initial 1,500 euros will be given right after being awarded the grant, the rest will come upon delivery of the final report and study.
The Chair Joan Fuster was created by the University of Valencia on 16 June, 1993 to study and disseminate the work of the writer and the subjects of research and reflection that addressed in the field of human sciences. It is member of the Interuniversity Institute of Valencian Philology of this University. Responsible for planning and managing the activities are a coordinator and a committee composed of experts in the thematic areas that Joan Fuster covered in his work: thinking, social and cultural history, literature, law and language use. The Chair activities are research and conducting meetings or discussions, conferences and seminars, courses, or other issues related to its purpose.
