The Botanical Garden of the Universitat de València organises from 28 to 31 December, its Christmas workshops. For four days, girls and boys between 3 and 12 years will study typical plants of this season, will cook Christmas food, play traditional games and relate with music, among other activities. The registration period is already open.
These proposals, organised by the Educational Bureau of the Botanical Garden of the Universitat de València, revolve around traditions in which people who participate in the workshops can enjoy the Garden with leisure activities, as well as learn all about the world of plants, “ in a healthy and charming environment”, pointed out staff from the Garden.
“This holiday has a symbology that is reflected in the plants that fill the places and homes; knowing these plants, their origin and their symbology is one of the proposals of these workshops”, they add.
The workshops will take place every day from 10:00 to 14:00, and there is the possibility to expand the timetable from 8:00 to 10:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00, bringing food. The price for the complete workshop is 80 euros and the price by day is 21 euros.
