Calender for implementation and phasing out
The updated curriculum for the undergraduate degree in Philosophy will take effect in the 2009-2010 academic year and will gradually be introduced. According to Article 11.3 of the Royal Decree 1497/1987, of 27 November, the curriculum leading to an official 5-year degree in Philosophy at the University of Valencia will be phased out, as published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) of 3 November 2000. The 5-year degree will gradually be phased out. Once each year has been phased out, four exam attempts will be offered in the following two academic courses. If all the exam attempts are used up and the exam has not been passed, students who wish to continue their studies are required to adapt to the updated degree programme.
