Claude and Marie Verneuil, a catholic and conservative couple, have four daughters, to instil them such values and principles. However, the girls have done nothing but trouble: the older one married a Muslim; the middle one a Jewish man and the thirds one a Chinese man. The marriage pin their hopes on their youngest daughter, hoping for her to marry in a Church.
