The session aims at rising awareness on the problems of expert genetic test in the field of Law and its possible solutions.
Consequences on the request of an incomplete or incorrect test will be analysed as well as the factors which determine the results, the experts’ efficient expression or the erroneous comprehension by the courts. The sessions will also deepen in the necessity of having an adequate protocol.
