The Universitat de València organises for the 4 consecutive year the Festival Salsero, an event characterised by its charitable and solidary nature, and that this year will take place on next 1 May in the facilities in Blasco Ibañez Campus.

After the success of the previous three editions, the festival will still have its charitable nature and will destine its benefits to the AIDA (Aid, Exchange and Development) organization and to the Maria Auxiliadora Foundation (Torrent). Furthermore, the event will have the participation of young dancers and outstanding professors and guest dance groups, who will make the wonders of this encounter where all the attendants will be able to participate in workshops for beginners and to improve the several dance styles and Latin rhythms, exhibitions and social dance.

For this 4 edition, the organisation has elaborated a wide programme, which is cheap from the economical point of view (15 euros if you buy in advance), trying to reach all the sectors of population. It also brings a focus to local dancers as supporters of salsa and local rhythms.
