Website registration open. Trip on 24 September

The UV, through the Office of the Vice-Principal for Territorial Projection and Participation and the Office of the Vice-Principal of Internationalisation and Cooperation continues with the Erasmus Programme in the Territory. In this 4th edition has organised training pathways which allow to visit some Valencian towns that are models of their culture and heritage. These pathways are addressed to the students of the Erasmus Programme of the UV for the academic year 2016-2017. The routes, which have designed along with the corresponding town councils, are characterised by their training vocation, where it is intended to educate Erasmus students on the heritage, cultural and landscape values of the Valencian geography. L’Albufera. This natural space -over 21.000 acres- offers a great variety of landscapes and habitats which hold a great environmental interest. It constitutes on of the most important wetlands in our country and in the Mediterranean basin. It has been a Natural Park since 1986 and declared “Special Zone for Bird Protection” in 1989. The lagoon has seen its rice cultivation land reduced over the years. It includes a visit to the Centre of Interpretation Racó de l’Olla, the rice fields, the El Palmar Island, etc. There will also be a guided boat ride along the Albufera.
