Cyberbullying is a current issue, given our society is experimenting a relevant increase in the violence acts, physical or other sorts, essentially emotional. The violence between minors, this means, when the active subject and the passive one are equals for accusing, has always existed. Surely today, in a society that, on the one hand, by way of principle plays with the idea of frontal rejection of violence; and on the other hand, it carries out this rejection using the obligation to protect young people and children, it seems that the phenomenon has increased quantitatively and qualitatively. In quantitative terms there will be explained the education needed for the responsible use of the technological media, with a responsibility that imbues the behaviour of every performer in the network. The aim is to establish proper behavioural patterns as it is done in the analogue environment, in a way these behaviours are internalised as the regular ones. In qualitative terms, the violence situations will be defined and concreted; there will be established some prevention parameters and educational techniques oriented to the decrease of the violence rates; and the possibility of resolving conflicts from a sanctioning point of view will be analysed, as well as other alternatives and mediation.
