The neighbours of one of the poorest boroughs of Bogotá fight for preventing the demolition of the building where they live, which is owned by an unscrupulous. Although their fight against speculation and corruption seems lost in advance, they put into practice an original strategy developed by Jacinto, an old Spanish anarchist.
