The theme of the play is to make known how mental illness has been treated throughout different times in history. Five moments throw light on the history of mental illness: prehistory, Ancient Rome, the Middle Ages, 18th Century and the present... We have tried to not overplay the difficult situation of the people who suffer from this illness. The social attitudes have changed in the form... but not in the content. A travelogue that reaches the present, where the same characters vindicate the need for Rehabilitation Programs where people that suffer from this illness have an opportunity to exercise their rights as a citizen, completely integrated in their community.
