The implementation of ICT in everyday life implies a change in the way of committing and suffering crimes. Network “virality”, the anonymity that the Internet provides, privacy policies and lack of training lead to new and unknown risks. Therefore, the suitability of traditional criminal patterns must be evaluated, just like the necessity to formulate new types and if the new Criminal code that will come into force on 1 July, meets these needs.
