SE-CIDE offers the following features:
- Determination of grape and wine composition
- The analysis is performed using Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy with the OenoFoss 2 instrument, which allows for the rapid and simultaneous determination of the main compositional parameters of musts and wines. The instrument provides accurate results for parameters of oenological interest, facilitating quality control and monitoring of the winemaking process.
- Sample requirements: Minimum quantity: 10 ml. The sample must be sent in a clean, airtight, and properly labeled container. For wines, it is recommended that the sample be free of suspended particles.

- Color and Polyphenolic Composition Determination in Wine
- The analysis is performed using UV-Visible spectrophotometry with the Thermo Scientific™ GENESYS™ 50 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, which allows for the determination of parameters related to the color and polyphenolic composition of wines. This technique provides information on color intensity, hue, and other spectrophotometric indices of interest for product characterization and quality control.
- Sample Requirements: Minimum quantity 5 ml. The sample must be sent in a clean, airtight, and properly labeled container. It is recommended that the container be free of suspended particles to ensure the quality of the results.
- The analysis is performed using UV-Visible spectrophotometry with the Thermo Scientific™ GENESYS™ 50 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, which allows for the determination of parameters related to the color and polyphenolic composition of wines. This technique provides information on color intensity, hue, and other spectrophotometric indices of interest for product characterization and quality control.
Service conditions, cost, and delivery time depend on the type and number of analyses to be performed.
