Abstract:
The doctoral thesis analyses the incorporation of the principles of Lean Startup in a Technology Centre to promote the development process of innovative products and services, and examines its influence on the articulation and validation of value propositions, new business models, innovation processes and organizational learning. Through an exploratory and descriptive case study in the period 2018-2022, the keys, obstacles, organizational implications and most relevant roles in the adoption of the Lean Startup are also evident, and a model for its effective implementation in these organizations is proposed. Likewise, this research supports the consideration of the Lean Startup as a dynamic capability of the organization. The results of the thesis contribute to improving the understanding of the Lean Startup and guiding Technology Centres in its application, advancing the theoretical rigor of the construct, and promoting collaborative public policies to develop value proposals adjusted to the needs of the market.
