The PROMETEO team from IDOCAL and the researcher Marisa Salanova share a work session with the participation of some of our doctoral students.

On Wednesday 8 May an enriching knowledge exchange and feedback session took place between the team PROMETEO from the Research Institute of Personnel Psychology, Organisational Development and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL) and the renowned professor and researcher Marisa Salanova, who is currently on a stay at the Institute.

During the session, the doctoral students Nina Jonczyk, Matías Arriagada and Lucía Barrera had the opportunity to present their research work. Nina and Lucía presented their study on the impact of robotisation in well-being variables of workers in valencian companies that are implementing robots in their production chains. Meanwhile, Matias presented his research about the impact of digitalisation on the well-being of people from all European countries, using age as a moderating factor.

The PROMETEO team benefited tremendously from Marisa Salanova’s presence, who provided great ideas and feedback to improve the research projects. This exchange of knowledge and experiences ended up being an incentive to keep researching about human resources and work life quality in the context of the ever-growing robotisation and digitalisation.
