• Royal Decree 822/2021, 28 September, which establishes the organisation of university education and the procedure for quality assurance (Consolidated text).).
• Royal Decree 889/2022, 18 October, which establishes the conditions and procedures for the homologation, declaration of equivalence and validation of university studies from foreign educational systems and which regulates the procedure for establishing the correspondence to the level of the Spanish Framework of Qualifications for Higher Education of official university degrees belonging to previous academic systems.
• Royal Decree 576/2023, of 4 July, amending Royal Decree 99/2011, of 28 January, regulating official doctoral studies; Royal Decree 1002/2010, of 5 August, on the awarding of official university degrees; and Royal Decree 641/2021, of 27 July, regulating the direct awarding of grants to Spanish public universities for the modernisation and digitisation of the Spanish university system within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
