Any intention of technical work on centres and facilities must be previously communicated to UV’s technical services:
Centres, services, units, departments, research groups and other structures in the UV must provide to the hired company:
- General regulations for external companies’ workers and concurrent organisations in Universitat de València
- Risks and prevention measures for external workers in Universitat de València
- Form: Responability declaration and appendix. In these cases, centres, services, units, departments, research groups and other UV structures must demand it compliance and send it to prevencio@uv.es
IMPORTANTE: If there are subcontratations in a construction work without project (the main contracted company sub-hires other companies), the centres must comply with the Health and Safety Coordinator election Act and send it to servei.tecnic@uv.es.es for the Infrastructure Vice-Principal to formally elect them.
