Third General Psycho-social Risks Evaluation

Through the Prevention and Environment Service, the Psycho-social Risks Committee and representatives of all the trade union sections, a working group has been set up to carry out the Third General Psycho-social Risks Evaluation of the Universitat de València.

The aim is to have the necessary information and to continue working to ensure the health and safety of all workers and to promote a healthy organisation.

What is a healthy organisation?

What is a healthy organisation? One that takes into account the complete people's health, seeking physical, mental and social well-being, and not only the disease's absence.

Which data do we analyse?

We analyse organisational aspects such as:

  • Psychological demands based on: Quantitative demands, rhythm, emotional demands and hiding emotions.
  • Work-family conflict, through the Double Presence analysis.
  • Work control, assessing Influence, Possibilities for development and Work Sense.
  • Social support and leadership quality through superior support, Leadership quality, Group feeling, Predictability, Role clarity and Role conflict.
  • Work compensation, through Recognition, Employment insecurity and/or working conditions.
  • Social capital, based on vertical Justice and Trust
