The research proposal that it is exposed is trying to response to 4 of the specific challenges that are posed by the Spanish strategy of Science and Technology and Innovation under the title CHALLENGE IN CHANGE AND SOCIAL INNOVATION. The main objective is aimed to analyse the role of the personal, generational and sociocultural factors (both individually and collectively) in the development of well-being and work performance. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the growth and creation of quality employment in the context of the organizational, personal and social changes that are occurring in today's societies.
The primary goal of ESTEEM is to maximise the quality and efficacy of safety training programmes provided in the EU.
The theory of adaptation has been one of the theoretical models most used in Psychology to understand and study subjective well-being (SW) (although its use has been very limited in the Psychology of Work). This theory proposes that people respond to the events of the environment through responses that alter their level of SW in the short term, but eventually adapt to their new environment and return to their baseline SW level. Thus, the theory predicts that it is unlikely to observe changes in the SW of people in a long-term.
El principal objetivo de BELASOS es identificar las condiciones de los contextos organizacionales que generan Bienestar laboral sostenible en el trabajo, mediante la integración del estudio de bienestar en el trabajo con el del desempeño y la productividad.
Su objetivo general es determinar cómo el cambio en el bienestar psicológico de los equipos de trabajo a través del tiempo influye sobre el cambio en sus resultados.
