Description

OBJETIVE

To evaluate the effectiveness of personalized employment for people with intellectual disabilities. To do this, personalized employment is implemented under control and with an evaluation of its progression over time, to obtain indicators of the extent to which this methodology is really effective and, therefore, its implementation could be generalized, if necessary. To evaluate the personalized employment methodology, a randomized controlled trial was carried out with the participation of people with intellectual or developmental disabilities, family members and Plena inclusión professionals. The indicators cover three large areas: employment, inclusion and well-being.
