Professor of Musical Expression Didactics at the University of Granada. Principal investigator of the TCIEM project (Transversality, Creativity, and Inclusion in School Musical Projects), funded by the Ministry of Science and Innovation (2022-2026). Editor of the International Journal of Music Education (2013-2023) and member of the editorial board of scientific publications of international impact. Former president of the ISME MISTEC Commission (2010-2012) and member of the ISME Board of Directors (2012-2016), with extensive participation in European and Ibero-American research networks. Author of multiple publications in indexed journals and participant in competitive research projects on music teacher training and critical music education.
