The agreement for the creation of the AIMPLAS-UPV MIXED UNIT RESEARCH IN PRINTED ELECTRONICS was signed last October 2024. On January 14, 2025, the Mixed Unit Committee met to implement the Unit.

This Mixed Unit is created for research in the field of printed electronics in the following areas:

• Flexible printed, hybrid and integrated electronics.

• Chemical sensors and mechanical sensors

• Training of students in internships

Mixed Unit is made up of the “Cluster of Cities, Mobility and Sustainable Energies”, led by Ms. Susana Otero Belmar, on behalf of AIMPLAS and by the “Electronic Development and Printed Sensors Group” (GEDPS), led by the Full Professor Mr. Eduardo Garcia Breijo, from IDM on behalf of the UPV.
