Great impact of the NOSUM project in the media

In the last weeks, the NOSUM project developed by the MODeLiC research group of IDM has had a big impact in the different press, radio and TV media. The current increase in cases of violence against women through chemical submission or the use of GHB, commonly known as liquid ecstasy, makes the GHB detection sensor developed by the MODeLiC group an essential tool to avoid this type of aggression.

The media that have shown this IDM research result as news of great interest have so far been more than 30. We highlight, among others, the news published by EL MUNDO and El Diario Vasco, the interviews carried out with members of MODeLiC by the stations COPE and APUNT radio and the news on television such as that which appeared in Informativos Telecinco Edición Noche and in the Antena 3 program “Espejo Público”
