From the SYM research group at IDM in UPV, we want to celebrate World Health Day (April 7th) by sharing our project WEAROPSENS, funded by MINECO and focused on wearable diagnostic devices.

Our research aims to develop innovative devices capable of performing continuous and non-invasive health monitoring through biomarker analysis. These technologies play a crucial role in achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-being, as they enable early anomaly detection, allowing for quick and personalized interventions that significantly improve patient outcomes.

Moreover, wearable devices contribute to the efficient management of chronic diseases, reducing the need for frequent hospital visits and enhancing patients' quality of life.

The future of healthcare is in our hands, and wearable technology is a key driver of this transformation.
