Selection criteria

Participants will be selected according to the following criteria:
- For those courses that have specific requirements, it must be verified that the applicants actually meet them.
- Preference will be given to the requests of those applicants who have not taken courses with similar characteristics in the last three years.
- Likewise, preference will be given to those who have not taken training courses in the last three years.
- In the event of a tie between applicants in application of the above criteria, it will be necessary to adhere to the rigorous order of entry of the applications (day and time of presentation)

Training objectives

- Developing resources to identify emotions.

- Understanding how emotions work.

- Developing skills to be able to change emotions. 

- Being able to apply these skills to different areas in the participants' lives. 

Competencies to be developed

- Being able to distinguish emotions among different people based on the specific way each person has to construct them.

- Being able to describe the sequence of emotions: activation, maintanance, deactivation. 

- Being able to change the physiological features connected to the emotion.

- Being able to change the representation of the emotion.

- Being able to change the sequence of emotions to enhance a more useful behaviour. 

Criteria and procedure for evaluation of the activity

Attendance 85%

Workshop with active participation in classroom, debates, and activities. Sharing our own experiences and different points of view are expected. The more, the merrier.
