In connection with the training offered in the course Literature, Theatre and Cultural Products: Projection in Contemporary Society, part of the Master’s Degree in Advanced Hispanic Studies, Professor Luz C. Souto has organized a seminar featuring contributions from researchers Sabine Schlickers (Universität Bremen, Germany) and Katiuscia Darici (Università degli Studi di Torino, Italy).

The first lecture, delivered by Dr. Schlickers and titled “Horrific Mothers and Femicide in Contemporary Argentine and Spanish Fiction,” will take place on 10 December 2025 at 15:00 in the Salón de Grados of the Facultat de Filologia, Traducció i Comunicació.

The second lecture, entitled “Body and Motherhood in Twenty-First-Century Iberian Literatures,” will be given by Dr. Darici on 12 December 2025 at 15:00 in the Sala de Juntas of the Facultat de Filologia, Traducció i Comunicació.
