Along the last few years, the Department of Spanish Language has incorporated several pre-doctoral research interns, most of them students from the Master's Degree in Hispanic Studies.
Some of them are about to finish their Ph.D. thesis (Dorota Kotwica will present her defense on May 20th, Cristina Villalba on June 7th), while others have recently begun their four years of predoctoral research (Amparo Soler, Ángela Martínez, Gemma Burgos, Shima Salameh, Karolina Zygmunt, Elena Pascual and Clara Monzó).
