On Friday 10 March at 3:30 p.m., Pilar Rojas, Head of Corporate Culture, Diversity and Inclusion at Repsol, will hold a workshop entitled: “Challenges in the new ways of working: remote working”.
The crisis of the coronavirus has led to a radical change in working patterns. Remote working has established in the Spanish labour market and, with it, new ways of managing tasks, offices and even communications between employees have emerged. However, this teleworking formula still faces important challenges in order to consolidate a planned model that benefits both the worker and the company.
This session, given by Pilar Rojas, will address in a practical way how to design new ways of working and how to manage human resources in an environment that increasingly demands new forms in the relationship between the worker and the company.
The workshop will be held in lecture room 2A3 of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
