The objective of this seminar is to provide a space of reflection and debate for professionals and academics working in the area of Human Resources, in order to meditate and deliberate on the role that the HR Department plays in promoting innovative and intrapreneur behavior of employees and, as a consequence, innovation. In this sense, this conference aims to facilitate this debate by showing results of the R & D & I project "The influence of the perception of the HR Strategy on the innovative behavior of employees and results. An international comparative study "in order to show the main conclusions drawn, in this case mainly of a professional nature, that may lead us to establish best management practices. The students of the first year of the master's degree in Human Resources Management attended the seminar.
