Objectiu del màster

The main objective of the Master’s Degree in Psychopedagogy is to train specialised professionals capable of understanding, diagnosing, intervening and providing guidance in teaching and learning processes throughout life, adapting to the diversity of individuals and contexts.

These objectives are specified in the following key competences:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Developing skills to carry out comprehensive psychopedagogical assessments that identify special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties across different developmental stages.
  • Psychopedagogical Intervention: Designing, implementing and evaluating intervention programmes aimed at improving academic and personal performance, strengthening individual abilities and addressing each student’s specific needs.
  • Guidance and Counselling: Preparing professionals to provide educational and career guidance, advising students, families and teachers in decision-making, improving educational processes and adapting curricula.
  • Attention to Diversity and Inclusion: Promoting inclusive educational practices, ensuring that teaching methods adapt to different learning styles and paces, and addressing situations of risk or social vulnerability.
  • Leadership and Coordination: Training professionals capable of coordinating and leading guidance teams, multidisciplinary services and educational institutions, fostering reflection and continuous improvement of educational quality.
  • Research and Innovation: Developing competences to critically reflect on professional practice and innovate in psychopedagogical methodologies and strategies based on scientific evidence.
